Returns & Refunds Policy

We’re a small business, and due to the nature of our product, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges if not ordered through TikTok Shop. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we want to make it right! Please reach out to us at info@superdreidel.com, and we’ll do our best to help.  

Orders purchased through TikTok Shop may be eligible for Returns and/or Refunds according to TikTok Shop's Return and Refund Policy.

Pre-orders 

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. The estimated arrival date for pre-orders is stated on the product details page as well as the email confirmation you receive upon purchase.

Please note, however, that the estimated arrival date may shift in the case of unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, customers will be notified by email with an update. If you have any questions about the pre-order process, please reach out to us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
